About the role
Trinity Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Branch Manager to lead the overall business and operational performance of a hospital branch — driving revenue, admissions, occupancy, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance while developing and holding branch teams accountable for results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall business and operational performance of the branch;
- Drive achievement of branch revenue, admissions, occupancy, and profitability targets;
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered services;
- Coordinate branch departments to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Monitor branch performance using approved scorecards and dashboards;
- Drive patient satisfaction, service recovery, and complaint resolution;
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards;
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, and resource utilisation;
- Support growth of consultants, admissions, and service utilisation;
- Lead branch meetings, performance reviews, and operational planning sessions;
- Develop, mentor, and hold branch teams accountable for performance;
- Prepare branch reports and management updates;
- Execute management action plans and organisational priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare management, Medicine, Clinical medicine, Nursing or Business
- At least 4 years' experience in hospital/ healthcare management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards and hospital operations.
- Excellent strategic planning, financial management and decision-making skills.
